Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) Installation
Waterproof LVP across whole-home, kitchens, basements, bathrooms. Click-lock and glue-down. Faster than tile, kid- and pet-friendly.
What you get
Luxury vinyl plank is the fastest way to make a whole floor look new. Waterproof, warm underfoot, kid- and pet-friendly, and most homes can be done in a few days instead of weeks. We install click-lock floating LVP and glue-down LVP, with proper underlayment, trim, and transitions.
Waterproof
Spill it, mop it, soak it. LVP shrugs it off — kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and laundry rooms welcome.
Fast turnaround
Most rooms install in a day. A whole single-family home typically wraps in 2 to 4 days.
Tough surface
Scratch-resistant wear layer. Holds up to dogs, kid toys, dropped pans, and rolling chairs.
Quieter & warmer
Underlayment cuts noise. Plank feels warmer underfoot than tile — better for living areas and bedrooms.

- 04
Final detail
Quarter-round or shoe molding installed, transitions to other floors set, site cleaned.

Questions
About vinyl plank.
Yes — modern LVP is fully waterproof and the joints are sealed click-lock. It is one of the best choices for kitchens and bathrooms where tile feels too cold or too expensive.
A typical 1,500 sq ft single-family home installs in 2 to 4 working days, depending on subfloor prep and trim work.
Sometimes. If the tile is level, sound, and the grout lines are tight enough, yes. We will tell you at the estimate whether your floor needs the tile removed first.
Coretec, Mohawk, MSI, and a handful of high-quality private-label brands. We will tell you which lines hold up best in Boston-area weather and humidity.
